You as reseller inform your customer about the possibility of constructing a photovoltaic plant. All involved can only gain with our project and financing concept. Your customers do not have to invest any money in plant construction. Moreover, they profit from lease payments for an area which is normally unused and they can use the synergies whenever installation of the photovoltaic plant is done during building construction.

As soon as the ideas of your customer regarding the dimension of the building and the roof system are determined, on the basis of this data and the location, we can give a relatively accurate prediction about the return and the costs of the plant. With this prediction we offer your customer a 20-year lease of the roof and discuss with your customer all modifications necessary to the roof construction. Obviously, we will pay the extra expenses. Alternatively to a 20-year lease, the customer can be paid for the lease in a single payment at the beginning of the term, quasi as a building cost subsidy. • The customer creates a new source of income without initial investment.
• The payoff at the beginning of the lease is identical to the building cost subsidy. It lowers the expenses for the building without limiting its functionality.
•  Especially for shopping malls or other properties with high public traffic, a PV plant is an excellent marketing argument and proves impressively the ecological awareness of the company. Furthermore, we can support this impressing using additional means e.g. installing publicly visible electronic display panels in the entrance area or loading a dialog box on your customer’s website that informs about the power generated and the CO₂ amount saved.

• You offer your customer the chance for a new source of income or for a reduction of construction costs for the new building without having to invest or forego functionality.  
• You increase your sales, because the order for planning or construction services is yours (as far as it’s possible).
• We will pay an adequate commission starting at a certain size of roof.

Of course, our services include turnkey construction of the plant. Our services span the entire spectrum from planning, to selecting and procuring the necessary components. We structure financing, install the plant, and connect it to the public power grid. It is especially important to clarify the structural conditions of the roof during the planning stage. In particular large flat roofs must have plenty of load reserves. This is necessary to protect the roof and the photovoltaic plant sufficiently from wind drag loads. Even in existing buildings the load reserve can be increased. However, the expense is comparably lower, if installation of the PV plant is calculated at the start of the planning phase.

After the photovoltaic plant is constructed and if you so desire, we can take care of the plant maintenance for the next 20 years and the business aspect including the annual financial statement. The following applies: the return for the customer is significantly higher when planning the system prior to or together with the construction of the building then installing a system after construction is finished.
